В крупную фармкомпанию IQVIA ищут Global Portfolio Strategy Director, Real World Evidence, MedTech.
Position Overview:
- As subject matter expert in real world medical device & diagnostics research, engages with our MedTech clients to provide innovative & market differentiating real world evidence solutions across the total product lifecycle
- Owns the development of assigned RWE MedTech product offerings that will enable our MedTech clients to differentiate their medical devices & diagnostics by using RWE to demonstrate real-world safety, performance & effectiveness of their medical devices
- Will drive strategic thinking related to how IQVIA MedTech differentiates and positions new and innovative RWE studies in the market
- Develops RWE MedTech product offering roadmap and drives initiatives that are aligned with strategy and business plan
- Develops RWE strategies to optimize and expand the portfolio of real world MedTech studies
- Works effectively with cross functional and cross business teams to optimize and integrate operational processes and delivery models
- Participates in the development and /or review of MedTech specific processes & procedures ensuring quality standards are in line with industry and regulatory standards
- Responsible for developing and presenting on RWE MedTech thought leadership initiatives that are both client-facing and internal
- Participates in external facing industry events representing MedTech RWE
- Supports client early engagement meetings to advise on evolving RWE study methodologies and operational delivery strategies that will demonstrate medical device value to multi-stakeholders from regulators, payors, providers, patients
- Supports the development of preferred partnerships with MedTech clients
- Keeps abreast of industry evolving landscape ensuring ongoing communication to internal stakeholders
- Collaborates with IQVIA MedTech COE bringing RWE subject matter expertise to IQVIA MedTech business
- Support sales enablement and Go-To-Market Support
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in the MedTech industry with focus on post market studies and the use of real world evidence across the total product lifecycle
- Strong capability in managing projects and priorities so that deadlines are met while retaining consistently high-quality outcomes
- Experience of developing credible relationships with the medtech industry
- Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the medtech and healthcare industries
- Demonstrable strategic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent client relationship skills
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills including presentations, chairing meetings, workshop facilitation, business and report writing
- A strategic thinker who understand the MedTech landscape and can develop solutions for clinical studies using real world evidence
Requirements:
- University degree preferably in a relevant subject such as e.g. life sciences, chemistry, engineering, etc.
- Minimum 10 years relevant working experience
- Demonstrated successful operational or consulting experience
- Client-centricity and proven success in understanding client requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong efficient relationships with senior executives
- Knowledge of business and management principles including planning, process, review, co-ordination of people, resource and operational success measures
