Viber is looking for a Global IT Director.

Company is looking for a highly motivated Global IT Director to lead global IT teams, located mainly in Israel and Belarus. In this role you will lead a team of professionals, who are providing service and support to more than 500 employees located worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee IT operations and supervise systems and IT staff across all company sites
- Develop, manage, and track the IT department's annual work plan and budget
- Oversee global team leads, evaluate them according to established goals and provide guidance to support their personal growth
- Provide the necessary infrastructure to support the company growth and scale
- Ensure smooth delivery and operation of IT services
- Create processes and standards for selecting, implementing, and supporting systems
- Provide direction, guidance, and training to IT staff
- Work closely with the security team to enforce IT security policies and implement requirements and configurations
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience working in IT operations, supervising technology teams, and overseeing large information technology projects, in global companies
- Proven experience in managing IT and helpdesk teams
- Excellent understanding of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, back-office systems, identity management, hardware, and new developments in the IT domain
- Familiar with cloud-based IT solutions - preferably AWS
