AKFA Group is the largest holding company in the manufacturing sector in Uzbekistan. Currently, they are looking for а Global Human Resources Director.
Target in position: high-quality implementation of all HR processes within the framework of the company’s HR strategy.
Tasks:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Bringing internal regulatory documents regulating the process of human resource management in accordance with international standards
Detailed analysis and implementation of measures to modernize HR processes (selection, adaptation, motivation, training and evaluation, corporate culture, consulting)
Monitoring the state of labor and professional discipline in the enterprise and putting forward initiatives to improve them
Analysis of procedures for the development of internal remuneration systems
Organization and coordination of the development of a set of measures to increase the labor motivation of employees
Advising the company’s top management on effective employee management
Study, analysis, recommendations for improving HR processes in the company
Planning, training, development and support of human resources.
