Exness is searching for a Global Head of Rewards.
Main responsibilities:
- Define and launch the total rewards strategy based on corporate and People strategy with the focus to maintain the highest standards in performance and culture;
- Determine a roadmap to drive the rewards strategy and implement it globally with the focus on transparency, fairness, employee and team performance;
- Analyse and improve the existing rewards programs and processes, including assessing the effectiveness of current programs in relation to company goals and implementing changes where necessary;
- Lead and upgrade the implementation of a global pay and grading framework, including job evaluation, ensuring fairness and transparency;
- Establish the practice to conduct internal and external market analysis to plan compensation and benefits and ensure its competitiveness whilst ensuring internal equity;
- Work with People Care and HR partners on providing standard and creative compensation packages to develop competitive offers for top talent;
- Lead the global team of rewards professionals to ensure the team performance and high employee engagement.
What you need to Succeed:
- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree, additional education (especially in the rewards & compensation area) is a must;
- Previous experience with global medium/big organisations heading rewards or compensation practices;
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in rewards, compensation, benefits with the focus on employee experience, total rewards concepts and flexibility;
- Exposure to all aspects of designing, implementing, and administering total reward programs, including executive compensation programs, LTIs, benefits management, vendor selection and management, and regulatory and governance considerations;
- Outstanding personality, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in English verbal and written communications skills;
- Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment, adaptable to change and agile, while able to multitask and meet deadlines;
- Strong planning and execution focus, able to lead & drive effective change management for the initiatives across the organization;
- High level of integrity and honesty, EQ and maturity.
