The Product:
Improvado’s product is an Enterprise Data Platform for Marketers, Data Analysts, and Strategists that allows you to easily aggregate data from 250+ marketing platforms like Google and others, into one place, transform that data into the format you need, and visualize that data in your platform of choice. Company automates up to 90% of manual work related to reporting and uncover large revenue-generating opportunities for your Marketing teams that are hidden amongst the data. Improvado’s ability to process large amounts of data at high speeds enables us to help and customize solutions for Enterprise Brands more than anyone in the market.
About the Job:
As Global Head of Revenue Strategy & Operations, you will own core business operations at Improvado and conduct in-depth quantitative analysis of operating metrics with a particular focus on problem-solving and creating scaled systems and processes. You will work closely with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to quickly understand opportunities and implement solutions. Your responsibilities will focus on elevating operational efficiency and success.
The ideal candidate will have experience in shaping revenue operational functions from scratch. You’re not afraid to dive deep into the details of the data and solve big problems with data-driven operational solutions. The right candidate would work well cross-functionally (this role will touch almost all parts of our organization), and have a vision for how the entire revenue tools system should be structured. Ideally, you are passionate, detail-oriented, work well independently and cross-collaboratively, and have a keen ability to execute on what you discover.
You Will:
- Build the Rev Ops function and uncover large growth opportunities in order to achieve our growth targets
- Primary advisor to Sales & Marketing Leadership on end-to-end Go-To-Market operations
- Perform strategic product, market, and customer analyses to identify new growth drivers or opportunities for improvement
- Drive continuous improvement through standard operating cadences including weekly forecast and metric reviews in addition to monthly and quarterly go-to-market business reviews
- Define, manage, and provide insights on key performance indicators across a range of segments, geographies, and go-to-market teams
- Collaborate with sales, finance, marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders to design and execute strategic and/or operational projects to increase sales productivity, operational efficiency, and revenue
- Manage the Revenue Team Tech Stack
Requirements:
- 10+ years of total work experience in Strategy, Finance, Analytics, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Management Consulting or other related roles
- 5+ years experience in Sales Strategy, Operations for a Series A SaaS
- Proven history of building a RevOps Strategy and executing quickly and with precision
- Fluency with core Go-To-Market operating and metrics including CAC, LTV, ROI, Conversion Ratios, and other Efficiency metrics
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling and analyzing complex and large data sets
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Sales Planning & Strategy experience, including salesforce sizing, territory design, capacity modeling and planning
- Strong project management experience with demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines on a global scale
- Track-record of collaborating with cross-functional partners to lead transformation and growth
- Highly motivated, innate intellectual curiosity, and a strong desire to drive impact
Nice to haves:
- Experience with SalesForce, Chili Piper, Gong, Apollo, ZoomInfo
- 3+ years of experience in Data, MarTech/AdTech or Marketing Analytics Space
- 2+ years experience at a high growth company
