Toloka is looking for Head of HR&Operations to support its global expansion. Toloka is quickly making a name for itself on the international market, and is already used by top engineers at world’s largest tech companies. Its mission is to provide the world’s best tool for integrating data labeling into ML production processes.
We expect candidate to:
— help the distributed team transfer all communications into English;
— set up effective collaboration between members of the team speaking different languages and working in different time zones;
— set up effective process of international recruitment able to attract world best talents;
— set up effective collaboration with internal back-office of Yandex.
Requirements:
— experience in working as HRD, Head of Operations or similar;
— experience in working in an international companies;
— experience in working in a startup would be beneficial;
— fluent English.
