Barcelona-based startup and the fastest-growing delivery player in Europe Glovo is looking for Global Head of Health who will build the pharmacy business from scratch in 21+ countries at a time.
BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:
Be a mix of Cristobal Colón, Hernán Cortés, Marie Curie and Steve Jobs, conquer the pharmacy business with vision
Be the strategist. You will have to determine what strategy/business model to be rolled out on every market
Launch the pharmacy business step by step, manage multiple projects and be a resourceful multi-tasker
Be the person of contact between Operations, Marketing, Finance and Sales, and external Partners
Train local teams in new markets to pave the road to success
Meet quarterly objectives set by the company
REQUIREMENTS:
Be very knowledgeable about pharma industry and all stakeholders in multiple countries
Be driven to build a business from scratch
Understand pharmacy shoppers
Know how to negotiate and build your way into a super deal
Have excellent communication skills
Make things happen immediately, fast, fast, and fast!!!
