Toloka.ai is the leading crowdsourcing platform for AI data labeling with 9M+ performers based in 100+ countries. The Global Event Manager will collaborate with marketing, design peers, and sales to develop a plan, partnering with vendors for event execution.
The ideal candidate is creative and will continually innovate to ensure memorable event experiences that drive demand.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an integrated event strategy and calendar on a global scale that supports the B2B segment and aligns with our marketing objectives
- Manage all event logistics and communications for in-person and virtual events, including negotiating vendor contracts for third-party events, sponsorship opportunities, booth, design, marketing materials, inviting, and coordinating with internal and external speakers, partners, and vendors
- Establish a measurement and tracking framework, own reporting to key peers
- Work with marketing to ensure leads are entered into the CRM
- Act as the single source of truth for all stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of each project
- Work in partnership with marketing, design, PR, and content
- Develop and own relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, and vendors to ensure consistently best-in-class work
- Demonstrate measurable business impact based on the goals outlined for each experience
- Translate post-event analytics and data into recommendations for best practices
- Stay ahead of the latest experiential innovations in the industry
Qualifications:
- B2B marketing experience
- Experience across many aspects of event management, including conceptualization, execution, staffing, budget, lead tracking/analysis, and ROI
- Demonstrated experience partnering with sales and marketing peers to build a pipeline
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Self-starter with the ability to own projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication and cross-functional skills to collaborate with marketing, sales, account management, product teams, and vendors
- 3+ years of experience (including global)
