Adobe is actively hiring a Global Enablement Manager (Sales).
As the Global Enablement Manager, Sales, you will play a substantial and pivotal role in ensuring the success of our global sales teams. You will primarily be responsible for the management and continuous evolvement of the Workfront new hire onboarding program, as well work with the broader team to support new hire onboarding for our Enterprise Digital Experience, Enterprise Digital Media, and Growth/ Commercial sales teams; sales skills and strategy enablement; and more. You will help craft, deliver, and evaluate training activities to improve expertise of global sales teams, to ensure their job-readiness and productivity within their first 90 days as a seller. You will also collaborate with the Global Sales Enablement team to drive ongoing sales readiness, focused on high performance, and best-in-class customer engagement.
What you’ll do
Drive monthly new hire onboarding for Workfront sellers.
Align with Workfront sales leadership and regional business leads to iterate on the program efficacy. Proactively work to define options and translate them into meaningful and measurable program objectives and goals.
Assess and implement necessary skill development programs for sellers.
Represent the requirements and needs of the sales organizations globally, while influencing the direction of training activities, content, and assessments.
Partner closely with regional business leads in the successful global execution of initiatives to ensure achievements and objectives are met, while safeguarding quality and honoring regional nuances.
Build goals, priorities, and measurable results that align with sales, go-to-market, and product team objectives. Coordinate multiple projects to completion, and drive adoption of user experience practices
Develop and lead detailed plans that will take into account all requirements, constraints, resources, and results associated with the defined objectives
Optimally handle risk, partnering with colleagues to make decisions at the right time. Ensure appropriate communication occurs, and plans are intelligently adjusted as vital to reflect fluctuations in goals and requirements
Use organizational change standard methodologies to ensure the successful adoption of critical initiatives
Serve as a brand ambassador for Field Readiness and Enablement, advocating for its offerings and articulating its value proposition for its partners

Previous experience with or as part of Adobe Sales is a plus.
