At least, high double digits annual growth in first clients from performance channels within acceptable LTV/CAC range
Timely and consistently updated annual/quarterly/monthly budget
Near real-time transparency into digital marketing performance across all countries, including LTV projections
Well described and followed global processes that simplify and streamline marketing operations
Culture or learning and sharing inside the team
Requirements
Hands-on background in digital marketing or marketing analytics
2+ experience as the head of the performance marketing team of 10+ people with a $10m+ annual budget in multi-regional business
Expert skills in web analytics and multi channel end-to-end attribution
Familiarity with predictive ML-based attribution and other state of the art martech
Understanding of the sales process and lead generation
Experience with OKRs
Fluent English.
