Glovo is looking for a Global Compensation, System, and People Analytics Director.
BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:
Globally manage Compensation Strategy for various countries, including salary bands and data, benchmarking tools, pay mix competitiveness, among others
Manage a highly specialized team, and collaborate with regional and local teams all over the world
Design and manage Glovo’s International Mobility Program, including short and long term assignments on various models
Manage the Equity programs for Glovo, identifying the company cycles and leading the evolution of our program
Personally manage Executive Compensation
Define the global strategy for Benefits to set the actions to be competitive locally
Act as C&B Manager for the HQ (Barcelona)
Lead the People Systems and Data Analytics team, owning the strategic definition of the technology that supports our processes (HRIS, ATS, BI Reporting, etc) and that can boost our Managers and employee experience
YOU HAVE:
Deep knowledge of Benefits & Compensation strategy at a EMEA regional or global level
Experience hiring, developing, and managing teams
First-hand knowledge of International Mobility
Knowledgeable in at least one Job Evaluation methodologies (Towers, Mercer, Hay)
Practice in costing, budgeting, and financial planning exercises
Experience in HRIS implementations will be considered a plus
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and working with C-level executives
Demonstrated project leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Innovative mindset
Experience in working in the technology space is a plus
Excellent English, written and spoken — Spanish is an advantage but not required
