В Kaspersky требуется Global Channel Programs Lead.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of Kaspersky United Partner Program, including Deal Registration program, Rebates, Specialization program, etc.
- Channel roles education: update and drive the utilization of training content for channel roles within the organization
- Methodology contribution to essential channel processes: target setting, partnership status recertification, QBRs, Partner Business Planning
- Contribute to Global Channel Strategy development
- Drive ease of doing business initiatives to increase channel loyalty and customers retention
- Ownership of Distribution RFP process: provide the methodology, assess the landscape, and identify the improvement areas
- Plan and execution of Global partner acquisition and reactivation campaigns
- Oversee regional promotions and provide improvements
- Own internal communications: community calls and learning sessions
- Own Rhythm of Business process with regions, execute on actions and follow up and provide an executive summary
- Provide Partner and Distributor onboarding processes methodology and drive execution with regions
- Contribute and support to various Channel-related processes and programs
- Provide improvements ideas on company business processes
- Prepare and execute on Enterprise Channel business processes, such as Enterprise partners recruitment and development
Requirements:
- Excellence in indirect management model: how to get results from peers rather than direct reports
- Experience in work with all parts of the Channel: Partners, Distributors, and understanding of possible demands from them
- Ability to work with a multi-nation internal team
- Understanding of Run-Rate business
- Ability to have and defend own opinion on programs and processes vision
- High-level understanding of channel moving forces: what we need to do with Partners, Distributors, and regions to achieve the goal
- Understanding of Enterprise processes: account/territory planning, pipeline management, health, and hygiene
- Experience in working with C-level: the ability to provide a short business summary
- High-level business vision with the ability to deep dive into details to identify required improvements and opportunities
- Number-driven mindset: ability to read the data and dive into details to identify improvements opportunities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SFDC
- Fluent English
