Role Purpose & Contributions:

  • Lead SPLAT's brand strategy, ensuring innovative, ESG-driven positioning aligned with company values and market leadership
  • Develop three-year capitalization plan, integrating brand mission with core business objectives for sustained growth
  • Foster seamless collaboration between brand teams and global market units
  • Optimize portfolio efficiency through strategic working capital allocation and
    oversight
  • Launch new products, enter markets via sustainable business models
  • Implement cutting-edge marketing approaches strengthening consumer engagement and brand loyalty
  • Collaborate with R&D to create future-focused solutions leveraging scientific expertise
  • Build high-performing teams driven to achieve measurable KPIs consistently
