The world’s leading manufacturer of high-quality chocolate and cocoa products Barry Callebaut Group is looking for the Chocolate Academy’s Chef to lead the action plan over a year, in agreements with Sales managers and Marketing Manager Gourmet.
Key Responsibilities Include
Maintain a positive relation with our customers, to provide service that competitors do not;
Help customers develop recipes with BC Products, pushing new products;
Provide accurate product application using BC Products vs. Competitor products;
Visit BAPA, HORECA, Confectioneries, trade shows and other venues to demonstrate products or services, and to answer questions from customers&potential customers, and create demand for new products through networking;
Demonstrate and explain products, methods, or services in order to persuade customers to purchase products;
Research the industry and identify key development trends across products, service, people, equipment and concepts for inclusion in strategic and tactical improvement planning;
Develop in collaboration with the marketing team&sales team the technical plan;
Participating in variuous meetings, Technical Adviser Meeting, regional and international Ambassador meetings;
The proper management of personal expenses and costs associated with trainings and demonstrations;
Fulfilled any other duties as assigned by the Head of the Chocolate Academy.
5 years of experience in the food business industry including 2 years of experience as Chef;
Mastered different production segments: bakeries, traditional patisseries, artisanal and semi-industrial confectionery, QSR, all level HoReCa, coffee shop, training in schools;
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written (English — Russian);
Ready to travel in CIS&Russia;
School qualiications or diploma equivalent;
Capability to speak easily to public with positive and humor.
