The ideal candidate should be able to effectively manage the business, be familiar with product development processes and electronics manufacturing, be passionate about technology and eager to develop on an international level.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation and execution of the company's development strategy, tactical planning of company activities
- Operational management of the company, setting KPIs and making sure they are met
- Strategic planning and budgeting, monitoring of budget indicators, ensuring the implementation of the operational profit plan
- Coordination of legal and financial issues
- Improvement of business process efficiency
- Operational evaluation of projects results, identification of risks and conflicts and development of plans to eliminate them
- Development of communication between departments, creation of a productive and positive working atmosphere in teams
- Planning for team growth and development, management of the motivation program
Qualifications:
- Experience of at least 5 years in a similar position, leadership skills
- Highly systematic approach to work, with a strong sense of responsibility and independence
- Ability to build trust-based relationships with the team and clients
- Experience in building and improving business processes, creating effective regulations and instructions
- Understanding of document flow processes and practical experience working with accounting, finance, legal, and HR departments
- Experience in working with international companies is a plus
- A commitment to constantly analyze and improve business processes
