About the job:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization. You will advise the CEO on key operational insights and provide coaching to employees.
Responsibilities:
- Produce quarter operation forecasting report and strategy
- Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures
- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives
- Identify new market opportunities to accelerate growth
- Present operational strategy recommendations to the CEO based on your market research
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
- Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of executive experience
- Proven success in an operations management role
- Ability to qualitatively optimize and automate processes to obtain the best result
- Strategic planning and business development experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- High communication skills, especially in a remote environment
- Fluency in English will be a plus
