Responsibilities:
Responsibility for Planning & Controlling
Providing leadership to the team
Taking a business partner role
Definition of effective procedures and processes to support day by day business and overall success
Annual budget planning and regular financial reporting
Strategic planning and risk management
Optimization of financial processes and other business related processes
Coordination of annual audit
Direct report to the local CFO and to the international HQ
Qualification requirements:
Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Finance education
Flexibility and team-working oriented
Minimum 5 years experience in Controlling in multinational companies
Fluent English language skills in written and verbal
Business drivers laying behind the figures
Flexibility and team-working oriented
Attentive to details
Analytical skills
Strong communication skills

Advanced user of Excel.
