Blitz Ventures provides English language coaching in Russia under the futuresay.net brand. Company employes coaches. Specialism is working with software engineers, and clients include Riot Games, La Moda and Match TV.
Company has been operating since 2012 and are affiliated to London-based Learn2 UK Limited.
Responsibilities of the General Director:
- Cashflow management, including the issuance of all invoices to clients and the payment of all bills
- Personnel and payroll management, including the recruitment of new coaches and the managing of their schedules
- Document management: keeping all of the documents required under Russian law and storing them in a simple system
- Legal and accounting: you are the first point of contact with external lawyers and accountants
Requirements:
- Perfect written and spoken Russian
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Familiarity with Russian corporate taxation, as well as employment and contract law
- Competence using excel
- Experience with web application design would also be an advantage but isn't essential
Conditions:
- Gross pay 167,000 rubles a month
- General annual vacation policy
- 9 am to 5 pm working hours
- Option for work remotely for three days a week
