BCG is looking for professionals with experience to join the Moscow team at both Associate and Senior Associate levels. We recruit from a wide range of backgrounds and from a variety of industries.
ROLE SUMMARY
As part of the BCG Moscow Consulting staff, you will be a core member of our Moscow office working alongside some of the world’s top minds in strategy management consulting. You will be based in Moscow, however, your assignments may take you elsewhere in the CIS, Europe or around the globe. You will advise clients on executive level across different industries and topics supporting companies (multinationals, governments, NGOs…) to improve or transform their businesses and achieve excellence.
You will collaborate in BCG diverse project teams consisting of high performing members with different backgrounds and develop state of the art strategic approaches based on thorough fact-based analyses in order to deliver fundamental long-term impact to our clients.
Working across various industries and topics, you will have a chance to step out of your comfort zone, significantly widen your scope of expertise and experience a steep learning curve both professionally and personally. What You’ll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
Outstanding academic track record
1+ years of business management experience in a reputed company/institute/start-up with a proven record of high performance/substantial achievements in the specific role/position
Experience in management consulting will be of advantage
Experience of devising and implementing business strategies involving quantitative analysis, conceptualization and communication of strategic solutions
Superior problem-solving and creative thinking skills
Self-driven, well-structured yet flexible, able to think strategically / end-to-end
High level of agility, openness to develop new skills and areas of expertise
Eagerness to embrace a frequently changing professional and social working environment
Eagerness to deliver value and ability to take initiative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
