Nike is searching for General Partner Representative Russia.
A Typical Day/ Week/ Season Would Look Like:
Create seasonal assortments based on frameworks delivered by merchandising, historical data, partner/consumer’s feedback, and key market trends
Lead Go To Market process for respective accounts (including showrooms preparation / leading category presentations)
Create 3 years development strategy for “Grow” accounts and implement it
Plan 3 years Net revenue forecast
Make annual sales forecast based on seasonal level
Supervise retail competition and offer ways to improve G2N opportunities (at-once orders, low cancellations) for respective group of accounts
Build strong business relationship with accounts
Lead commercial trade terms execution (contracts and retro payments decks preparation)
Who you will work with:
You will have daily/weekly interaction with the Accounts, Finance and Operations teams Seasonally / Monthly you will need to collaborate with Merchandising and Planning teams to understand relevant toolkits that will be provided. You will report directly into the General partner manager
What you bring:
Experience in sales account management
Proven track record to read and analyze relevant sales important metrics
Ability to drive business development
Strong communication skills
Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
Native Russian, Fluent English language is a must
Flexibility to travel
