Nike is looking for a General Partner Executive to join to the General partner team.
This role is designed to optimize GP portfolio on Russian market and grow with right accounts. Lead business with accounts in GROW and Spark clusters and ensure seasonal forecast achievements with contribution to net revenue growth, execute Consumer Code with account and be an effective standout colleague & positive influence!
What will you work on?
Create seasonal assortments based on frameworks delivered by merchandising, historical data, partner/consumer’s feedback, and key market trends.
Lead Go To Market process for respective accounts (including showrooms preparation / leading category presentations)
Create 3 years development strategy for “Grow” accounts and execute it
Plan 3 years Net revenue forecast for respective group of accounts
Make annual sales forecast based on seasonal level for respective group of accounts
Monitor retail competition and offer ways to maximize G2N opportunities (at-once orders, low cancellations) for respective group of accounts
Build strong business relationship with accounts based on honesty and trust
Manage commercial trade terms execution (contracts and retro payments decks preparation)
Who will you work with?
Daily/weekly interaction with the Accounts, Finance and Operations teams. Seasonally / Monthly you will need to collaborate with Merchandising and Planning teams to understand relevant toolkits that will be provided. And will report directly into the General partner manager
What you bring
Extensive experience in sales account management or sport industry/retail/sport apparel/wholesale experience
Consistent record to read and analyze relevant sales important metrics
Ability to drive business development
Strong communication skills
Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint) are mandatory
Native Russian, Fluent English language is a must
Flexibility to travel.
