The ideal candidate for this GM position will have previous local GM experience. This hotel requires an achievement focused leader who seeks efficiency and value from all areas of the hotel. Prior knowledge or experience of the property in Russia with full-service operations. Developing strong owner relations will be important and knowledge and experience of local country heritage and customs is a must as well as being a Russian speaker.
