An international holding company that includes a number of businesses, one of them a large chain of sushi restaurants in 18 countries, is looking to hire a General manager.
The work of the General Director (CEO) will suit you if:
You have successful experience in the position of CEO/General Manager of a restaurant chain for at least 2-3 years in Germany, mostly working with delivery;
You have an experience in starting and opening restaurants in Germany from 0;
You have previously searched for locations, negotiated with realtors to find space and a favorable location for the restaurants;
You have an experience in the organization of the company structure, experience in team building;
You have knowledge of English and German;
You have a residence permit in Germany;
You have experience in setting up business processes in the German market, know the financial and tax accounting system as well as the marketing strategy for a restaurant opening;
You are always responsible, accepting a task, taking responsibility for its implementation, for finding all the resources to carry it out, and clearly indicate the deadline for the task;
You are proactive and result-oriented rather than process-oriented. You are always looking for ways to achieve your goals, you propose new solutions and ways to implement them, and when you meet with complications, you change tactics, but do not change the goal;
You are flexible and think positively — in any situation you are ready to see opportunities for your own and your unit’s development
RESULT that the employing company expects from the CEO:
Analyze the German market for launching and opening restaurants;
Organize the structure of the company;
Form a team and scale the business model;
To analyze and find locations for the opening of restaurants;
Efficient financial management: effective allocation of financial flows, regular financial reporting and financial planning, proper use of cash balances, advance tax planning.
