Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a General Manager ready to join hotel in Perm, Russia.
The objective of the position is to achieve set goals in revenue, profit and value enhancement, as well as employee and guest satisfaction by directing the operation of the assigned area of responsibility and its organisation.
Responsibilities include:
- The Business Plan of the property
- Appropriate business acumen thereby maximising GOP
- Protecting assets and investments
- A sales focus to drive business levels with a commercial approach
- Maintaining and maximising owner relations
- Creating a consumer environment and drive guest loyalty
- Creating and maintaining a motivational, peak performing environment for employees
- Working within the legal frameworks
- Leading a team of motivated and enthusiastic colleagues
- Act as an ambassador of Responsible Business
- Working within the guidelines of the Company's policies and procedures
- Act as an ambassador of the culture and values of Radisson Hotel Group

The ideal candidate:
- Speaks and writes English fluently
- Knowledge of Russian is a plus
- Has relevant experience in international hotel brands
- Is motivated and self-driven
- Is passionate about the hospitality business and has a fighting spirit
- Is determined and enthusiastic
- Is flexible to diversity and situations
- Is proactive and has a "make it happen" attitude
- Is honest and open
