Market leading global payments application company is looking for professionals experienced in management and strategy to join as the General Manager.
Product & Operational Management
Oversee and manage product evolution;
Identify areas of improvement and drive them with your team through to execution;
Manage and drive day to day operations of the company;
Drive management reporting, including financial and operational performance;
Collaborate closely with an extensive network of cross-functional stakeholders representing all departments.
Shape the future of business development strategy and execution;
Actively look for new marketing and operational business partnerships;
Set up and grow the team, develop structures, developing processes, overseeing staff, establish a highly motivated work environment, and create innovative approaches for improvement.
Requirements
A university degree related to Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Management with minimum 6-7 years of management and financial services experience in sectors related to technology and or financial services;
Strong retail financial product knowledge and management expertise;
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills — ability to analyse complex problems, work with different teams and advising on their strategic, management and operational needs, as well as liaise with external parties customer satisfaction and client relationships;
Management experience in financial services, banking or consulting firms preferred;
Strong English and Russian oral and written communication abilities;
Previous management experience in a FinTech related company would be a plus;
Experience in the blockchain industry would be a plus.
