Your day to day:
- Company is seeking a General Manager to lead the team at the recently opened InterContinental Khao Yai Resort
- Designed by prizewinner architect and interior designer Bill Bensley, InterContinental Khao Yai Resort takes historical inspiration from the area’s gateway for rail transportation to the northeast Thailand during King Rama V’s reign. Nestled on the lush tropical landscape of numerous lakes and abundant trees, the resort has 45 luxury rooms and suites, with another 19 repurposed heritage train car suites and villas being added in a second phase
- As General manager you will provide day-to-day leadership and direction by maximizing financial returns, driving development of people, creating and maintaining a unique guest experience, executing on brand standards, and building awareness of hotel and brand in the local community

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelors degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Administration or Business Administration, plus five to ten years of prior luxury hotel management experience
- Small luxury resort leadership, ideally within Thailand is essential. This role would suit a developing leader seeking the first General Manager role
