The Group of science and technology companies (R&D) is seeking to appoint a General manager.
The ideal candidate will manage the overall operations of the company as well as develop and implement strategies that meet the needs of the customers, the investors, the shareholders, and the employees. CEO will be responsible for making key decisions and executing the culture of the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Take lead across all aspects of the company’s strategy, operations, technologies and build innovative and transparent holding company structure
• Attract and hire well-known leading Russian and foreign scientists and technical specialists
• Business development and management of public and government funding projects
• Partnership collaboration and development with leading world scientific institutions and companies
• Build a positive and productive culture in the workplace
• Perform as a public person and GR Executive for all initiatives and federal projects
QUALIFICATIONS
• Proven track record in the same role for at least 5 years
• Strong understanding of R&D, innovation and performance management principles
• MSc, MBA and PhD/Doctor of Science in Physics is a plus
• 10+ years’ experience in business related field.
