Company provides guests with best Tea & Hookah services including staff and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Operational management of company
- Budget planning, execution of profit and turnover plans
- Goods Accounting, organization of document flow, control of cash discipline
- Monitoring of compliance quality and service standards
- Personnel management (organization of adaptation and training)
- Development and implementation of new standards and services, improvement of existing software and technologieоs for the provision of services
- Development and implementation of a marketing strategy to increase customer traffic
Requirements:
- Experience in launching and running a similar project
- Experience in optimizing and building effective work processes
- Financial literacy, knowledge of the necessary regulatory documentation
- Personal qualities: focus on results, punctuality, attention to detail
Conditions:
- Salary based on the results of the interview (fixed sum + bonus based on the results of work)
