Company is looking for a General Manager of a Luxury Private Villa Resort on the beautiful island of Anguilla in the Caribbean. This role would suit someone who has previous experience managing Private Villas on remote islands. You should be self motivated, capable of managing a team and extremely guest orientated. You must be available in May 2022. This truly is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to work in a management position and continue to grow within the company as they have incredible expansion plans within the next 5 years. If you are looking to step up your management level this is a fantastic, long term position for you.
Responsibilities:
- Someone who has previous experience managing and hiring staff
- Overseeing each aspect of the guests stay
- Ideally someone who is happy to work on a remote island
- Someone who can be hands on, dedicated and formal in their approach to managing the Villa
- Manage and organise the guests itinerary before arrival, making sure all operations/staff runs smoothly
- Maintain the property and it's extremely high standards
- Implement 5* standards where needed
- Ensure that the guests are at the forefront of the Villa operations
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience managing a Private Villa on a remote island
- Ability to lead and manage a team, whilst being hands on and motivating
- Overseeing daily operations of staff, guests and maintenance
- Expert in guest relations
- Ability to increase the 5* standards of F&B service and staff training
- Previous experience hiring staff
- Experience looking after VIP/UHNW clients and over-exceeding their expectations
- Available for interviews immediately and to move by the end of May 2022
Package:
- Salary: $60,000 p/a +
- Live in: $1500 towards accommodation
