На FMCG-производство ищут General Manager.

 

Responsibilities:

  • To lead Joint Ventures in such a manner that the combination of all operations, compliance to Russian regulations and Company’s policies and procedures are met
  • To ensure commercial results are met / exceeded
  • To drive the overall operations, OHSAS, quality compliance, marketing, sales and logistics processes, policies, and performance of the Joint Venture company with full responsibility for P&L
  • To present and deliver strategic plans, budgets and KPI framework to the Joint Venture BOD
  • To develop, communicate, and implement the Joint Ventures Strategic Plan defining the vision, mission, values, and objectives
  • To develop, communicate, and execute an annual Business Plan to ensure profitability in extremely volatile and competitive market
  • To present Monthly Business Reports with P&L, balance sheet and Cash Flow status and projection providing management insights and analysis
  • To establish and maintain the key Service level Agreements (SLA's) with the respective business partners
  • To lead, develop and maintain a challenging and supportive Team environment through Performance Management and people development
  • To ensure all statutory and legislative requirements are met
  • To ensure all Company policies and procedures are met

 

Requierements:

  • Strongly developed Business Acumen and management skills within multinational company
  • Competencies of planning and leading key business processes
  • Solid commercial expertise either in B2B or B2C segments as well as experience in managing of food production processes
  • Sound Financial Management Skills
  • Strategic Thinking and Planning skills
  • Presentation and communication skills (written / oral)
  • Leadership skills, including motivation, decision making, priority setting and agility and result orientation
  • Resilience, determination, focus and flexibility
  • Networking - to build and maintain strong network of stakeholders
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English. Ability to present performance reports and strategic plans to the Board of Directors and to communicate to native speakers in English
