To successfully complete the tasks you will need:
- Knowledge of international law, migration legislation;
- Experience in working with the jurisdictions of the European Union, the UAE;
- Fluency in English;
- Higher legal/financial education;
- Experience in opening and maintaining accounts with foreign banks;
- Experience in legal and tax consulting;
- Competent and clear oral and written speech, the ability to concisely and quickly convey a position and offer alternatives;
- High negotiation skill.

1. Legally support the efficient operation of the product:
Support for the economic activities of a company registered in the UAE;
Legal support of the Company's transactions;
Interaction with government and supervisory authorities of the UAE and a number of other countries;
Conducting Due Diligence of counterparties;
Preparation of contracts with clients - B2S, B2B, B2C (contracts on basic migration services, partnership agreements, contracts with developers and real estate agencies);
Communication with partners, contractors (banks, financial institutions, government agencies, individuals);
assistance with foreign investment projects (securities, real estate);
Expert update information support: Preparation of legal reports, opinions, block diagrams and expertise of international business structures.
2. Communicate a lot and work in a team:
Coordination of employees (holding workshops, agreeing on a project development plan and necessary actions);
Monitoring the implementation of tasks (receiving weekly / monthly reports and plans);
Strategic planning (search and analysis of the main directions of the project development);
