Major accountabilities:
- To ensure the company’s activities are in line with local legislation, official regulations, and corporative requirements
- To represent the company’s interests in Russian state authorities and with partners
- To coordinate the interaction between functions and legal entities on administrative level resolving ad hoc issues
- To lead the local cross-functional projects aimed to improve administrative activities and structure document flow
- To participate in development of internal rules and regulations harmonizing official requirements with the business needs
- To control the company’s resources being used in the most effective way
- To manage one-off sales of company’s assets
- To lead the routine internal confirmation and approval of required official documents by all the functions involved
- To confirm contracts and agreements on behalf of the company
- To sign internal and external documents required for the company’s activities
Knowledge and skills:
- Higher education in Management / Engineering / Economics
- Director / Executive Director / General Director experience in Russian / International producing company >5 years
- Experience in Food/Agricultural business
- Experience in Project Management
- General knowledge of Russian legislation and Regulations related to industrial enterprises
- Knowledge of people and business processes management
- Knowledge of documentation required for business activities in Russia
- Knowledge of Food/Agricultural industry specifics
- Experience in business administration in crisis environment
- Experience in communication with Prosecutor’s Offices, Courts, Fire and Tax inspections
- Experience in managing project team members reporting to other managers
