В компанию-поставщик чистящих и гигиенических средств Diversey требуется General Accounting Supervisor.
New recruit will be acting as local finance lead, chief accountant for local statutory accounting and supervisor of Russian accounting team.
Person is responsible for (but not only):
- Local custom duties settlement and reporting
- Central bank reporting
- Statistical office reporting
- Tax and legal authorities contacts and solving daily issues
- Accurate calculation and timely payments for all kind of taxes and fees (expecially income, VAT, payroll taxes and environmental fees)
- Financial statements preparation and maintaining statutory audit process
- Acting as company's representative against local authorities
- Manage local finance team performance (team management)
- Ensure timely and with expected quality month closure activities
- Review of payroll calculations
- Financial support to other departments in company's business activities, usiness support when concluding contracts, monitoring changes in legislation and changing processes, control over currency control
- Other duties as per chief accountant profile as per local requirements
- Other duties coming from daily cooperation with line manager
- Keeping books in legally expected shape (all accounting modules), control over postings and quality of documentation
- Cooperation with tax authorities during tax controls
Conditions:
- New position is a temporary replacement role for existing General Accounting Supervisor, planning maternity leave for approx. 2 year time
