Оne of the world’s most in-demand ensembles The musicAeterna Orchestra and Chorus is looking for a Director of Development, with Fundraising focus in Russia.
Your role:
Develop a Fundraising strategy for Russia incl. a budget of team in Russia
Relationship Leader of the current big corporate Partners, Foundations and Patrons
Formalize into contracts agreements and ensure payments
Implement the new organization and programs of the “Friends of Teodor Currentzis and musicAeterna” and acquire new private donors
Individually assist and manage the Friends of Teodor Currentzis and musicAeterna
Prepare proposals for future corporate Partners, Foundations and Patrons
Prepare Grant requests to the Government
Assist and manage the new Partners and Friends
Marketing, Communication and organizations of events for the Partners and Friends in Russia (and abroad when the Russian Friends travel to organized trips to international residencies)
Research and acquire new corporate Partners, Foundations and Friends in Russia (goals are defined by the global Director of Development)
utilize CRM tools and processes
Lead the team in Russia
Assist with the Russian team the global Director of Development in proposals, communication and strategy implementation
Reporting line:
The Director of Development in Russia and the team will directly report to the global Director of Development, Member of the Management Board of musicAeterna
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Master Degree in Communications Sciences / Sociology / Economics /Public Relations
Minimum a 5-year experience in a Management position in Sponsoring, Partnership, CSR or Development Departments of a big company or non-profit organization in Russia
Job experiences in a company abroad are welcome
Russian native language, English excellent. Further languages such German and French are welcomed
Strong and effective communicator, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal skills
