Coca-Cola is looking for a Frontline Activation Brand Manager Russia.

 

What You’ll Do for Coca-Cola:

Manage brand activation at the local level, including IMC amplification, POS activations & promos and experiential marketing and events (leveraging marketing assets), in coordination with the bottler and IMX team
Work with Franchise and CCL teams to support key customer marketing programs and support the senior brand manager on cross-functional initiatives, work assignments and tasks that align to business and brand priorities
Coordinate local activations with bottlers and IMX team, including POS activations & promos, events, experiential, leveraging marketing assets
Participate in agile projects for the development of OU and Market-level innovation and IMX campaigns
Manage program budgets (DME) and timelines to drive flawless execution of the plan, hitting all system milestones on time and within budget
Track brand and project performance through data analysis by converting KPI’s and findings into specific insights and actions that add value to the business, drive brand love and brand value
Prepare reports / presentations as needed (e.g. monthly performance reports)
This role will report to the FLA Local Manager who will anticipate and decide, according to the status of the activation projects, which Category/brands the focus will be done

 

What You Won’t Do:

Define brand strategy
Drive innovation pipelines
Contract local marketing assets
Develop connections strategy
Engage agencies to produce or localize market-level content, unless specifically agreed with the OU IMX team
Customize content that is not aligned with overall brand strategy (vision, positioning, ladder-up architecture, VIS, packaging guidelines etc.)
Carry out key customer-related activities (e.g. relationship management, campaign / innovation schedule development) unless in tandem with C&CL and Franchise

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required
4-5 years of experience in marketing activation (end to end project delivery), working with TCCC external partners (bottlers and customers)
Ability to understand and leverage business, finance and commercial insights
Ability to adapt to changing environment and cross correct in due time, scenario planning thinking
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders (category marketing teams, bottler) and ensure alignment
Good project management skills, able to coordinate multiple projects at the same time and deliver high quality on time
Ability to coordinate full details (calendars, resources, metrics) of local activation with bottlers
