An International Pharmaceutical Company, well-known producer of high quality drugs in different therapeutic areas, is looking for a Franchise Head who will be responsible for Sales and Marketing Functions.
The responsibilities:
Franchise Head will have a team (more than 150 employees) with high level of decision making.
Candidate for this position will be responsible for execution of marketing plans to meet sales and share results; they will have to actively analyze competitor performance and market place, identify key measures to assess plan performance, segment, and customer levels, taking into account key drivers of customer and consumer behavior.
The requirements:
We are looking for experienced Sales&Marketing Manager with advanced English at least 7 — 10 years experience in pharmaceutical industry with deep knowledge and understanding of Russian pharmaceutical market. Franchise Head must be an excellent negotiator, have outstanding verbal and interpersonal skills, stable and result oriented.
