Responsibilities:
- Within the framework of global business strategy, develop and implement a Product promotion and marketing strategy which focuses resources on maximizing market share, sales and operating profitability
- Full franchise and Brand P&L accountability
- Focus on the results and performance of the Franchise, managing the brands through effective resource-allocation
- Identify and prioritize resource needs and shift resources if necessary in line with the defined business strategy and plans
- Optimize cross-functional support in the organization, ensuring effective communication within the Franchise and between other departments in the affiliate such as Medical, Commercial, Communication, Market Access, etc.
- Manage professional networks at all levels of the global, regional and affiliate organization
- Ensure marketing and sales force excellence through training, the implementation of systems and processes, tracking of KPIs
Requirements:
- Higher education, with preferable specialization in pharma retail marketing/business
- A supplementary degree in economics/marketing/management is an advantage
- 10+ years experience in managerial positions in retail and tender business, experience in managing a team of over 100 employees in pharma industry. Marketing and Sales team management experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of local Russian market
- Strong skills of cross-functional cooperation, people development and act for change
- Strategic and operational planning skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent Russian and English
