Cartier is searching for a Fragrances Product Manager (Russia and CIS).
Main responsibilities:
- Define the regional strategy for Cartier (product categories)
- Define and implement marketing-plan
- Develop successful trade - marketing plans from ideation to execution (retail and wholesale by partners)
- Forecasting of novelties
- Managing & control of A&P budget
- Elaborate Media plan in collaboration with communication team
- Elaborate and implement PR strategy
- Elaborate monthly and yearly reports/analysis and follow-up product performance (Monthly review format or by request)
- Lead product category
- Collaborate with the supply team to define and revise assortments for all network (IB, EB, WS)
- Define sales forecasts and assortments in collaboration with supply and commercial teams
- Track competition in regard to products, pricing and client service and compare findings to Cartier
- Training sessions for SA and partners: newcomers, novelties, product sessions as required
- Product-news adaptation: translations and summery
- Collaborate with visual merchandising team to optimize visibility of the collections in boutiques
- Control of visibility in wholesale
- Control of beauty consultants: KPI on monthly basis
- Clients Insights and competition overview
- Clients’ insight analysis for Marketing: meeting product managers on quarterly basis
- Audience research project for different product lines
- Collaboration with Clients Relations and Marketing on Clients Insights initiatives
- Competition review (market share)
- KPI management
- Business & Marketing & Communication objective elaboration and measurement for all product lines
Job profile:
- Relevant work experience on a similar position for at least 4 years
- Fragrances or beauty marketing background as must
- Knowledge of the structure beauty industry
- Deep understanding of luxury environment, including retail business and wholesale
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking, pro-active attitude
- Fluent in Russian and English
