Zerion is seeking to hire a talented, driven, and experienced Executive Assistant to support the team of three founders.

 

This is a high-impact and high-growth role. You’ll be in charge of coordinating across different teams, collaborating on high-impact projects, and facilitating important external and internal relationships. About the role:
Team Happiness. Assist in making Zerion a better place to work. You will help solve administrative issues, organize and automate processes and build out internal tools to measure and improve team morale. You’ll also organize internal team events and offsites, organize travel to important events and assist the team during them.
Stay on top of the market. There are thousands of things happening each day in the industry. Most of it is noise, but you will help the team stay accountable for the important events and trends happening in the industry. Research background on themes, people, organizations, events, and more.
Productivity. Protect the founders’ time. You will work closely with founders and team members on optimizing the productivity of the leadership team. Record, organize, prioritize, and facilitate the execution of tasks.
Mission. The company’s mission is to provide equal access to DeFi financial assets for all people with internet access. We are looking for people who share this vision and make it a reality.

 

What you will do
Act as gatekeeper, scheduler, and organized administrator to the founding team to ensure their days run smoothly
Take notes during meetings and follow up with actionable lists for review.
Record, organize, prioritize, and facilitate the execution of tasks.
Coordinate travel arrangements, submit expense reports.
Prepare presentations and coordinate interviews or talks.
Manage personal requests as necessary.
Diagnose internal communication problems and solve them step by step.

 

What we are looking for
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with superb professionalism.
High level of problem-solving capabilities to tackle new challenges with limited instructions.
Ability to context-switch and multi-task effectively.
Sensitivity and understanding of confidential matters and ability to protect those accordingly.
Willingness to work in a startup environment.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Outstanding attention to detail and thoroughness, particularly with managing time zones and calendar events.
Understand the nature of business relationships and be able to navigate amongst various asks.
Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tools/systems.
