Adidas is looking for a Fitness Club Director (THE BASE)
As a formal leader of the project, you will manage operations and commercial functions for one of the core sport adidas project on the market — THE BASE fitness.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To manage the Fitness-club operation and commercial functions
- To grow adidas culture according to company strategy
- To manage the whole fitness-club team, including coaches and back office
- To drive marketing plan implementation, KPIs achievement
- To control budget spent, optimize it to achieve maximum profitability
- SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
- From 5 years in the fitness industry, 3 of them on managing roles (!)
- Successful Marketing and Sales background is a necessity (!)
- Business approach
- Creative and out-of-the-box thinking
- at least Advanced English
THE BASE is a unique sports space where the most popular fitness trends from adidas and Reebok are collected. At 4,000 square meters there are more than 100 types of training from around the world, including exos, body & mind, CrossFit, les mills, combat and many others.

For this role, we’re looking for an ambitious person with deep expertise in commercial and marketing functions, understanding of the fitness industry. Business Development or Marketing Director from the fitness industry with fluent English and good analytical skills is the ideal candidate for this role.
