Responsibility:
Financial and tax planning (including long-term)
Budgeting
Financial control — budget control, financial terms of contracts, financial and tax risks, financial scoring of applicants and students
Reporting — managerial, accounting, tax, statistical. Treasury operations — cash operations, currency control, acquiring, deposits, payments
Accounting and tax accounting, interaction with TCo Tambov in terms of accounting operations and payroll
Procurement — procurement planning, procurement, the tender process, analysis of procurement activities
Contractual work with contractors
Improving the financial literacy of the school staff
Automation of business processes and 1C.
Requirements:
Education: higher financial. Additional education in the field of management as an advantage
Experience in large companies. Experience in managing financial services from 7 years, experience in building functions from scratch with further automation is important (experience in NPO as an advantage)
Required skills and knowledge: High level managerial skills. Strategic thinking, change management, personnel management (more than 5 people), teamwork, effective communication and client-oriented skills
Knowledge of commercial, tax and labor laws, law on storage and transfer of personal data
Required personal qualities: ability to work in a multitasking and change mode, stress resistance, productivity, communication skills, positive attitude, honesty and integrity, initiative, mutual assistance
English — at least C1
