What you will do:
- Coordinate and manage all audit, legal and other regulatory requirements
- Effectively lead and manage finance and accounting teams to enhance employee engagement, development and performance
- Ensure correct reporting, interpretation, and analysis of financial outcomes in line with predictions and long-term objectives by supervising the portfolio of assets' budgeting, accounting, and cash management
- Monitor and grant permission for the timely completion of financial statements
- Implement and update all Finance and Accounting Policies
- Manage the Accounting and Finance teams
- Create and manage the annual budget; support both annual operating plan budgeting activities and monthly forecasting processes through development and maintenance of analytical financial models
- Set financial objectives for the organization and controls liquidity
- Maintain financial spreadsheets and data
- Support the Executive Management Team in finance topics
- Assist in review and analysis of monthly, quarter-to-date, and year-to-date actual variances vs. budget and prior forecast
- Create and implement a monthly reporting package that includes full financial statements, detailed reporting of key expense and other financial metrics (margins, volumes, etc.), and comprehensive executive level explanations of variances and trends
- Maintain and update the company’s 12months cash flow model
- Maintain monthly budget to actual by department reports for accurate forecast process
- Manage monthly forecast process and provide analyses of current forecast vs. budget and prior forecast, including variance analyses
- Recommend and implement improvements to business planning, finance, and reporting process
- Manage internal financial reports including work papers for annual financial audit
What important for company:
- 10+ years' experience in accounting or finance
- 5+ years' management experience
- Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Advanced English (or Korean)
