The company bring a geospatial intelligent platform with full and precise GIS data layers. The company is unique both to the market and to the region.
The company is developing and looking for a Finance director. You will need to create a financial strategy for one of our projects and oversee the planning, implementation and running of all the finance activities of the company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk and governance.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the accounting and finance function;
- Supporting senior stakeholders in all business reviews;
- Retaining constant awareness of the company’s financial position and acting to prevent problems;
- Managing the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process;
- Generating reports & analysis to assist in decision making;
- Managing banking relationships, cash management and other treasury related activities;
- Ensuring compliance with financial processes, systems and policies;
- Providing oversight on tax, internal controls and audit related matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance;
- At least 10 years of relevant experience;
- Excellent knowledge of Russian and English languages;
- Excellent knowledge of IFRS;
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai;
- Good communication skills.
