The position involves relocation to Thailand. It is important that the candidate already has experience traveling or living in Asia.

Tasks to be solved:
- Audit of the existing financial accounting system of the group of companies
- Building a management accounting, budgeting, and planning system
- Assistance in the development and implementation of automation of financial procedures and management systems
- Analysis of financial statements and provision of recommendations for improving financial efficiency
- Management of budgeting and project financing for the group of companies
- Control of expenditure limits within accepted budgets
- Effective management of financial flows of the group of companies
- Development of financial models to achieve business goals
- Regulation of processes
- Collaboration with other departments to ensure effective financial management
Desired candidate profile:
- At least 5 years of work experience in managing the financial department in developer companies
- Skills in building, centralizing, and optimizing financial accounting systems
- Strategic thinking with a focus on business goals
- A higher professional education (economics, finance, accounting)
- Fluent/Advanced English language proficiency
- Ready to relocate to Phuket Island
