Responsibilities:
— Marketplace P&L & Unit Economics : control of targets execution, identifying risk zones, areas of growth & development
— Planning of key financial & operational metrics based on company`s strategy
— Creating & implementing into life system of targets & KPIs for marketplace team
— Marketplace budget control & costs optimization
— Business Reports & Analytics (+ running team of BAs) — sellers fees calculation & update — preparation of investor & BoD presentations — ad-hoc requests from company`s top management
— Leading committee for marketplace projects prioritization — calculation of ROI of planned product features & special projects on key company business metrics
— Key marketplace contractors activity control
Position Requirements
— Top university with Economics/Finance/Math major – recent graduate
— +7 years of experience in total in PE / VC or IBD / Equity Research from international / state banks / finance & strategy development departments in large IT / Tech companies
— Robust knowledge of Corporate Finance and Accounting, deep business understanding
— Availability to work full-time and hard-working
— Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
— Strong communication and interpersonal skills
— Experienced Excel and PowerPoint user
— Fluent English (verbal and written)
— Data analytics experience is a plus
