Strategic core activities:
Senior executive responsible for managing group financial function globally
Contributing into Group development strategy
Assisting CEO with the execution of the Group’s capital raising activities
Driving the Company’s financial planning (long-term model, short-term forecast)
Implementing risk management function, incl analysis of organization existing and potential liabilities, maintenance of a defined risk profile
Development and implementation of financial reporting procedures in accordance with industry best practice, incl reconciliation between operating and financial systems, fast closing procedures, automation, high-level supervision of consolidated financial statements preparation
Supervision of external audits of Group financial statements
Managing centralized treasury function and driving optimization of Group cross border / multi currency cashflows
Managing international taxation efficiency and transfer pricing compliance
Driving costs control and bottom-line optimization across the Group, supervision of budgeting process
Communication with internal and external stakeholders on financial aspects of Group’s strategy, performance, forecasts and plans

Requirements:
Previous proven experience of working in e-commerce sector in a senior finance position (e.g., CFO / Deputy CFO); an international public group (participation in IPO project is a preference); a big4 company
Master’s degree in Economics / Finance or similar relevant field (international accounting qualification, such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, is a preference)
Hands-on experience with financial and operating reporting software systems
Hands-on experience with risk management and internal control systems
Excellent knowledge of corporate finance
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
