The Financial Controller will be in charge of the financial control and the reporting for the ENEE Cluster ( Eastern & North Eastern Europe ) part of the EMEA region.
Responsibilities
In coordination with the sales & marketing teams and ENEE Finance Director, you will analyze commercial performance, drive advertising and promotions investments, build new route-to-market costs, determine and influence key value drivers,
You will challenge business assumptions and decisions.
You will manage & implement the planning activities (MTP Medium Term Plan, Budget, LE Forecast, R&O, landing, monthly reporting) and also manage & implement monthly closing activities and planning activities etc.
You will ensure high level of internal control.
Profile
You have around 5-7 years experience in audit and commercial finance, have a take-charge personality and you are a pragmatic person,
You will bring your experience in the management of distribution networks and bring your entrepreneurship,
You have strong analytical and synthetic skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
Your Russian and English are fluent.
