Radisson Hotel Group is one of the largest hotel chains in the world with nine distinctive hotel brands and over 1,600 hotels in 120 countries.
You will be part of the hotel management team, working in a dynamic and creative environment and delivering accurate financial returns. You will be responsible for new to be opened Radisson RED Tbilisi hotel and work closely with the General Manager, the Area Office and the hotel owner.
Your main tasks:
- You are an important part of the management team and involved in the strategic profitable development of the hotel, in this role you will be reporting and the General Manager of the hotel
- You will recruit, shape, and train the hotel Finance team
- You will prepare pre-opening and annual operating budgets as well as the long-term financial plans for the hotel
- You will implement, maintain, and comply with financial controls and policies
- You will coordinate and contribute to the long-range investment plans and ROI calculations
- You will prepare monthly operational forecasts together with the General Manager and the Revenue Manager
- You will ensure that monthly financial statements are complete and accurate
- You will oversee internal accounting activities and ensure that they are done in accordance with proper accounting principles
- You will establish and adjust all business processes and accounting practices as necessary
- You will ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and be the point of contact for internal and external audits
- You proactively develop business strategies and implement them with the aim of continuously improving productivity
- You are a trusted colleague of the General Manager and department heads of the hotel and interface with the hotel team and the Area Office teams

- You have a proven track record in controlling as well as strong leadership and problem-solving skills

- You speak and write in English well
- You can quickly learn how to use IT systems
