inDrive is looking for Financial Business Partner.
The New Ventures & Delivery Hub Team is looking for an experienced Financial Business Partner who will be responsible for the finances of the Delivery Hub!
Responsibilities:
- Long-term Forecast Preparation: Lead the development of long-term financial forecasts, analyzing key business drivers to ensure alignment with the inDrive growth strategy
- Financial Models maintenance: Develop, maintain, and refine financial models to assist in decision-making processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial projections
- Costs and Budget Control: Monitor and manage budgets across departments, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions to optimize spending and drive cost-efficiency
- Approval of Finance Schemes: Review and approve financial schemes, ensuring they comply with the inDrive guidelines and support strategic business initiatives
- Monthly P&L Preparation: Prepare and analyze monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, identifying trends, variances, and providing insights to support financial decision-making
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams: Work closely and ensure clear and concise communication with the inDrive Finance team and teams within Delivery Hub to align on financial strategies and objectives
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Experience as a Finance Business Partner or in a similar role is preferred
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor to the Delivery Hub team on financial matters
- Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and influence Delivery Hub business development teams, fostering a collaborative environment that supports strategic financial initiatives
