В SPLAT открыта вакансия Financial Business Partner (RGM Modern Trade).

 

Responsibilities:

  • Execute business partner role for Sales teams in terms of making decisions for all P&L lines, business projects and investments
  • Ensure P&L target setting and variances tracking by Units/sub-channels/NKA chains
  • Execute business partner role for Category teams in terms of making decisions on Net Revenue and Gross-To- Net level for all planning and reporting cycles
  • Manage Integrated business planning process in terms of Net revenue and Gross-To-Net expenses
  • That covers but not limited to:
  • Provide meaningful, timely and accurate current and predictive information to Sales Leadership teams to monitor ongoing performance and take corrective actions including detailed analysis of the deviations vs. other forecasts, prior periods and actual results
  • Ensure that G2N expenses are in line with approved numbers
  • Track and report key financial and commercial KPI’s and alert management to deviations from the set targets and strategies
  • Partner with Leadership to develop appropriate corrective actions
  • Raise the level of objectivity behind Trade and Customer investment decisions and improve efficiency and effectiveness of spend by providing Sales Leadership with financial information and evaluation on activities to facilitate effective decision making
  • That covers but not limited to:
  • Lead pre and post- implementation assessments (financial, operational and competitive) of promotional activities to facilitate “learning from experience” across key strategic channels utilizing investment models to support the decision making process. Proactively participate in optimization and improvements of the investment and planning models used by the team
  • Develop Regional, Channel and Customer profitability assessment tools to support business planning, financial performance measurement and cost control responsibilities
  • Monthly Sales Closing process checking and validation of actual variance drivers vs forecast
  • Coordination of target setting, KPI tracking for Russia
  • All adhoc requests of Russia sales related requests
  • Enforces harmonized / standardized processes, ways of working across organization
  • Leading the forecast accuracy improvement projects

 

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of strong financial experience in multinational companies (FMCG prefered)
  • Finance Education or any relevant qualifications like CIMA, ACCA or ACA Qualified
  • Advanced Excel Skills and PowerPoint skills. + the ability SQL or tools such as Power BI would be a +
  • Taking a data driven approach and experienced with big data analysis
  • A strong commercial acumen; Good knowledge of all business aspects in FMCG sector, strong Financial experience in Commercial / Sales Finance
  • A real aptitude for working with numbers; excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent ability to make informed decisions; and
  • Confident communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders of different seniority and from different business functions and ability to manage multiple stakeholders across geographies
